Columbia 350
Ready to step up to the big leagues with an all glass plane? The situational awareness that glass, XM weather, Jepp Charts two GPS’s is second to none. Columbia’s to date have had the Avidyne Entegra PFD and MFD. Delivering during the summer of 2006 will be the Garmin 1000. You cant go wrong with either option. You can’t go wrong because it is based on the certified spin resistant, utility category platform that can include speed brakes, climate control, Evade and more. By the way, its also fast, going 190kts with a normally aspirated engine that will actually get up to its service ceiling and can be flown in the mid teens to get over weather and traffic. This plane is solid and super combination of all the things pilots look for in their dream plane.

Columbia 400
The Columbia 300, formerly known as Lancair Columbia 300 is probably the best value aircraft on the market. The 300 will cruise at 185 kts. With the power pulled back. The plane jumps off the runway and has exceptional range and useful load. Most 300’s now have Dual MX20’s installed. As a result, you still have a MFD that will show weather, Jepp Charts, Stormscope, Airways, and Terrain. The traditional six pack flight instruments with a vacuum system combined with the MFD information ads up to having more than you can get from a traditional aircraft with supped up avionics. You have an IFR platform that is spin-resistant, Utility-Category Rated and Sexy!
